I've struggled for words to describe what we all witnessed, unbelievable, speechless, amazing are just some of the words I heard on the train home to Banbury. One lady said 'Why does everyone look so glum if you've just won 5-0?' I said it's the look of shock, disbelief and sheer exhaustion, believe me inside we are all flying!

Let's hope we can do it again!

well, that was worth my £1 on 3- 0 @ 14-1 , almost pays for my coach down to Wembley lol!! Gave me 90 pts in my prediction league too ! (I Know The Score) - think i'm 3rd out of the SCFC Fans ! Better footballing game than I thought it'd be - Pennant had 1 of his best games 2night. Such a shame for Matty tho' bet he's gutted. Tony'll have to re-think his tactics now for Wembley. Rory impressed tonight too - the whole team in fact , including Salif ! They've all had an important part in getting us to Wembley as well as keeping us above the relegation zone. Gooooo Arrrrn Stoke !

A very solid all round performance from the players. I agree, i also expected a more "ugly" performance based on the comments of Karl Henry but in fairness Stoke didnt have to resort to that as they counter attacked Wolves superbly well. I dont understand all of these teams who keep possession in the opponents half by playing sideways and backwards passes all of the time. At one point in the second half, Wolves kept the ball for over 20 passes but wehn Whelan dispossesed the ball on the edge of our 18 yard box, 1 pass to Walters who ended up striking the ball just wide.
Excellent from the boys, lets hope Matty recovers to play some part in the final and lets go and mathematically confirm safety with a victory at Blackpool on Saturday.
Proves we need to bolster in the summer with back up wingers though as we dont have natural cover.
